Volunteer English Program Annual Fund

The Volunteer English Program, with the invaluable support of our volunteer tutors, offers hope to adults seeking to learn English. These individuals, who speak many languages and represent countries from around the world, are empowered to achieve their personal and professional goals through improved language proficiency and confidence.

The program welcomes new English language learners year-round. Thanks to your support, our program offerings remain free for students reestablishing themselves in the US or for long-term residents who need help improving their living situations.

Weekly, goal-centered instruction leads to improved job-readiness skills among students, access to higher education levels, the ability to navigate medical and educational services for their children, and enhanced personal safety and well-being for themselves and their families.

For four decades, the Volunteer English Program has been a steadfast, often the sole, source of support for thousands of individuals.
